Raz De La Torre is a Senior Lecturer at UP Diliman since 2012 teaching Videography, Documentary, Producing, Screenwriting. He is also an Executive Producer for News.abs-cbn.com/ANC and NCCA’s Docu Series Dayaw.
His WordPress Website was completely neglected by his previous webmaster and was not updated during and after the pandemic. Worse, he lost his domain as it was not renewed.
His website was important to him because not only was it an archive of all his works since the early 2000s, his students also use it to upload their own works, writings, videos and others. So they were archives of their important works as well. 
He approached Kaijuhost to take over. Here’s what we did:
- Download a backup of his two websites, Rzfdtwr.com and Rzfdtwr.com/istoryahan/.
- Created an account for him on our server.
- Transferred these two websites, totaling almost 2gb., to the new server.
- Purchased a new domain for him.
- Reactivated the websites and updated them to the latest version of WordPress.
- Installed MainWP client, which allows me to automatically update it remotely.
His website is now updated and functioning normally, despite the many challenges it took. For a more thorough description of what we had to go through, click here.
